Paws for Progress

Empowering Khayelitsha's community through animal welfare education, I spearheaded 'Paws for Progress,' transcending boundaries to uplift lives. My initiative cultivated empathy, educating youth on responsible pet ownership while tackling pressing issues like plastic pollution. Through workshops, engaging materials, and the innovative 'Street Life to Sweet Life' program, I wove together education, compassion, and sustainability. From storytelling pamphlets teaching values to repurposing plastic for animal shelters, this project aimed to foster a more compassionate and informed society.
